Super Intelligence (AI)
AI that answers the phone, clears the busywork and brings in customers.
Super Intelligence is SCi’s AI practice. We build voice agents that answer and route calls day or night, automate the repetitive work between your inbox, phones and software, and run the website and search work that makes the phone ring. SCi engineers design it, connect it and support it, wherever you are.
- Intelligent Voice Agents on your business numbers
- Workflows that connect email, phones and apps
- Websites built to turn visits into calls
- SEO for Google and for AI search
What we build
Answer, automate and get found, all on one account
Start with the job that costs you the most time or the most missed calls. Each piece works on its own, and they work better together.
Intelligent Voice Agents
Inbound calls · after hours · overflow · routing
A natural-sounding voice agent answers your calls, understands what the caller needs, answers common questions from your own information, and routes the call or takes a detailed message. It hands off to a person whenever it should.
- After-hours and overflow answering
- Answers drawn from your own information
- Transfers to the right person or group
- Messages sent to email or a ticket
Intelligent Receptionist for 3CX
Built at SCi · runs with your 3CX system
Already on 3CX? The Intelligent Receptionist we built answers and routes calls on the system you run, day or night, so callers reach the right person or leave a useful message instead of hanging up.
- Built and supported by SCi
- Follows your call flows and business hours
- No new phone system required
Workflow Automation
Microsoft 365 · CRM · ticketing · n8n
We map how work moves through your business, then automate the repetitive steps: an email becomes a ticket, a form becomes a CRM record and a follow-up, an invoice lands in the right folder. People approve what matters.
- A process review before anything is built
- Email, forms, files and approvals
- Alerts when a step fails
- Documented so your team can follow it
AI Assistants for Your Team
Summaries · drafts · answers from your documents
Assistants that summarize calls and long email threads, draft replies for your staff to review, and pull answers from your own documents, with access set so each person sees only what they should.
- Call and meeting summaries
- Drafts your staff review before sending
- Answers from your own documents
Dashboards and Reporting
CallOptic · call, lead and website reporting
See calls, leads and response times in one place. CallOptic turns phone-system call reports into a dashboard, and we connect lead and website data so you can see which pages, campaigns and people bring in business.
- Queue and missed-call reporting
- Lead sources by page and campaign
- Reports emailed on a schedule
Websites That Bring in Business
Fast · mobile-first · accessible · secure
We design and build business websites that load fast, read well on a phone and make it easy to call or request a proposal, with secure hosting, updates and backups after launch.
- Design, copy and build
- A page for each service and area you serve
- Hosting, updates and backups
- Forms routed to your inbox or CRM
SEO and Local Search
Google Business Profile · technical SEO · content
We fix the technical basics, keep your Google Business Profile current, make your name, address and phone match across directories, and publish the service and location pages people actually search for.
- Technical audit and fixes
- Google Business Profile management
- Review requests that follow platform rules
- Monthly reporting in plain English
Visibility in AI Search
AI answers · structured data · clear content
More buyers now ask AI assistants instead of scrolling through results. We structure your site and business listings so AI search tools can tell what you do, where you work and why someone should call you.
- Structured data on every page
- Clear answers to the questions buyers ask
- Consistent listings everywhere
Call Tracking and Lead Follow-Up
Tracking numbers · forms · texting
Tracking numbers show which ads and pages make the phone ring, and a form or missed call can start a quick text or email follow-up from your business number, registered so the messages get delivered.
- Tracking numbers by source
- Missed-call text back
- Follow-ups that stop when someone replies
Choosing how calls get answered
Intelligent Voice Agent, auto attendant or answering service?
Most businesses use a mix. Here is where each one fits, so the right calls reach a person and the rest still get handled.
| Option | Good fit for | Strengths | Keep in mind |
|---|---|---|---|
| Intelligent Voice Agent | Overflow, after hours and common questions | Answers in a natural voice, understands what callers say and routes in real time | Needs accurate source information and clear handoff rules, and sensitive calls should go to a person |
| Auto Attendant (Press 1, Press 2) | Simple menus with a few departments | Predictable, low maintenance and already part of 3CX | Callers give up on long menus, and it can’t answer questions |
| Live Answering Service | Calls that need a human touch around the clock | Real people for urgent or emotional calls | Costs grow with call volume, and scripts can drift from how you work |
| Your Own Staff | Key customers and complex calls | They know your business best | Busy staff miss calls at peak times and after hours |
Many setups use all four: the AI agent takes overflow and after-hours calls, the auto attendant stays as a fallback, and anything urgent rings a person.
Workflow optimization
Fix the process first, then automate it
Automation repeats whatever process it is given, so we start with how work actually moves through your business.
We sit down with the people who do the work, map each handoff and find where the time goes: retyping, chasing approvals, copying between systems, answering the same question again. Then we automate the steps that are repetitive and rules-based, and leave judgment calls to your team.
We run this kind of automation in our own operations: email that opens a support ticket and sends the acknowledgment, driver photos that arrive in a dispatcher’s inbox, and a fraud monitor that pulls call records on its own when an alert fires. Your workflows get the same care, with logging, alerts when a step fails and documentation your team can read.
- A process map before anything is built
- Automation for repetitive, rules-based steps
- Human approval where judgment matters
- Alerts and logs when something fails
- Access limited to the data each workflow needs
Good First Projects
- Email to Ticket or Task
- Requests sent to a shared inbox become tracked tickets with an automatic reply.
- Forms to CRM and Follow-Up
- A website form creates the contact, tells the right person and starts the follow-up.
- Documents in, Details Out
- Invoices, orders or photos are filed and their key details captured for review.
- Scheduled Reports
- Call, sales or service numbers land in the right inboxes on a set schedule.
Websites and SEO
A website and search presence that make the phone ring
Search, your website and your phones should work as one system, and we can run all three.
Many small business websites look fine and do little: slow pages, no clear next step, contact forms that land in an inbox nobody watches. We build sites around what visitors came to do, then measure it: which pages bring calls, which searches bring visitors and which leads turn into customers.
Search now includes AI answers as well as the usual results. Clear service pages, accurate listings, structured data and genuine reviews help with both, and they are the same basics that make a site useful to people.
- Fast, mobile-first pages with a clear next step
- A page for each service and each area you serve
- Google Business Profile kept current
- Call and form tracking from day one
- Plain-English reporting every month
What a Site Build Includes

- Your services, your areas, your best customers and what they search for.

- Pages written for your customers, with your branding and your photos.
- Build and Launch
- Fast, accessible and secure, with redirects so old links keep working.
- Care After Launch

Questions
Questions about AI, automation and websites
Still unsure? Call (816) 298-4100 and an engineer will walk you through it.
Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
We set the agent up to say it’s an automated assistant at the start of each call, and some laws require that. Callers can ask for a person at any time, and the agent transfers the call or takes a message.
What happens when the AI can’t help a caller?
It transfers the call to a person or group you choose, or takes a detailed message that lands in email or a ticket. We set those rules with you before launch and review them as you go.
Can an AI agent make outbound calls for us?
Sometimes, with care. US rules treat AI-generated voices as artificial voices, so automated calls to consumers generally need their prior consent. We set up outbound reminders and callbacks only where you have that consent, and text follow-ups run on registered numbers.
Is our data used to train public AI models?
We choose AI services and settings that don’t use your business data to train public models, limit each workflow to the data it needs, and document where your data goes. Your proposal names the services involved.
Does an Intelligent Voice Agent work with our phone system?
Usually, yes. It can work with 3CX, Microsoft Teams and most systems that can forward calls or connect over SIP, on the numbers you already have. We check your system during discovery.
Can you get us to the top of Google?
No honest provider can promise a ranking, because the search engines decide. What we can do is fix what holds your site back, publish the pages people search for, keep your listings accurate and report every month on calls, forms and search visibility.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes and listing cleanup can help within weeks, while new pages and reviews build over months. It depends on your market and your competition, and we tell you what to expect up front.
Can you work on the website we already have?
Yes. We can improve and maintain an existing site, or rebuild it if that is the better investment. We start with a review of speed, search basics and how visitors contact you, and recommend one or the other in writing.
Let’s design solutions that enhance and optimize your business.
Tell us about your locations and what you want to optimize. An engineer will reply with a written, itemized proposal. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
