This site describes SCi’s services but doesn’t publish prices. Services, prices, taxes, fees, promotions and availability are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement from SCi. Nothing on this site is an offer or creates a contract.

Service information

Descriptions of services on this site, including voice, messaging, internet, Wi-Fi, networking, security, cameras, TV, IT, AI, automation, website and search services, are general information. What SCi provides, and how, is set out in your written proposal or agreement. Outcomes such as call volumes, savings, search rankings or results from AI tools depend on factors outside SCi’s control and aren’t promised by this site.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive text messages from SCi, for example about your request or your services, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy explains how we handle mobile numbers.

Use license

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business use. Without SCi’s written permission you may not copy, modify or republish the site’s content, logos or software for commercial purposes, or try to reverse engineer software on the site.

Acceptable use

Don’t send false information, automated or bulk submissions, or anything unlawful through the site’s forms, and don’t try to disrupt the site or test its security without SCi’s permission.

The SCi name and logo belong to Southwest Communications, Inc. Other product and company names on this site, such as 3CX, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Cisco Meraki, VeloCloud, Yealink, Grandstream, Starlink and Google, belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse SCi.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

SCi may revise these terms at any time. Using the site means you accept the version in effect at that time.
